Speaking & DJing
Talks at festivals, conferences, universities, and institutions across the US, Europe, and Latin America. Topics include art and technology, civic innovation, AI and creativity, and the practice of building cultural organizations.
As a DJ, I play sets at the confluence of disco, techno, and house — selections influenced by over fifteen years of large-scale media arts production and relationships with well-known music producers.

Deep Dreams: Between Inspiration and Hallucination — in conversation with Google engineer and artist Mike Tyka on the creative possibilities of neural networks. Berkeley Center for New Media, 2016.
